Previous to this mishap, this young squirrels mom was jumping repeatedly between this fence and a crawl space under the overhang on the shed opposite the fence. It seemed as though she was teaching the young squirrels and wanted them to take the leap for themselves. The young squirrels eagerly watched the demonstration.
