In a world where we celebrate the heroics of dads and moms making outstanding foul ball catches while still holding on to their kid at ball parks, it’s always assumed that a child (or in some cases beer) is more important than a foul ball.
That’s why it has never occurred to us that anyone would ever drop their kid for a foul ball… until this Los Angelas Dodgers dad came along.
Earlier this week at a Dodgers game, an unidentified Los Angeles fan decided it was more important to try and catch a foul ball than hold on to his little girl. To make matters worse, and the fail even more epic, the Dodgers fan ended up dropping the foul ball too.
Kinda makes me wonder what he’ll get for Father’s Day.
