That’s how Johnny Depp and Amber Heard found themselves in the position they are currently in. It seems that Heard had snuck her dogs into the country on a film shoot. When the government found out, they decided to do a little more than just slap some wrists. Instead there were threats of fines and even jail time. However, luckily for the celebrity couple, they were able to get away with nothing more than the world’s most awkward apology.
