Teenage Girl’s Stolen TARDIS Restored Thanks To Internet Kindness

Teenager Kaitlyn Iadevaia and her father Tom loved Doctor Who so much that they built their very own police-box-shaped time machine, the TARDIS, for Kaitlyn to double as a shelter while waiting for the school bus.

Unfortunately, thieves had made off with the TARDIS leaving poor Kaitlyn heartbroken.

Some “Missing TARDIS” fliers and an Internet campaign later, Kaity had her stolen TARDIS replaced thanks to the kindness of strangers online and carpenter Anthony Pego.

The new TARDIS was delivered to her home in Little Axe, Okla. this weekend. And to make sure it stays put this time, the Iadevaias have chained it to a nearby tree.
