Woman Riding Bicycle Pulled Over By NYPD For Being Too ‘Sexy’

Leggy Dutch tourist, Jasmijn Rijcken, who was riding a bicycle in New York was pulled over by a NYPD officer for flashing too much skin.

Rijcken who works as a general manager of a Dutch bicycle company, was in New York to attend the New Amsterdam Bike Show and wanted to experience biking in New York City first hand. Looks like she got more than she bargained for when a NYPD officer pulled her over and warned for being a “distraction.”

According to Rijcken, “He said it’s very disturbing, and it’s distracting the cars and it’s dangerous.”

“I thought he was joking around but he got angry and asked me for ID.”

Rijcken, 31, was not given a cited during the incident but warned by the officer who did not give his name.

“I didn’t even think for one second that my outfit could be harmful or disturbing,” she said.

“I was on my way back to the hotel when it happened and I changed into pants,” she said. “I didn’t want to get into trouble again.”
