Series 21
Series 21 dolls: Pixie, Sunday, Desmodus, Tenebre andAbsynth
Fun Fact: There have been winged Living Dead Dolls in the past, but series 21 was the very first series to be entirely devoted to “Things With Wings”
Favorite Poem: Absynth
if you chose to chase this green fairy
She feeds in the forest on wormwood roots,
likes dancing with dwarfs wearing her boots
Favorite Death Certificate: Sunday
The breaking of bone made an awful sound
Severe blunt trauma to the chest, neck, and head
Is why this little angel was found lying dead.

Series 22
Series 22 dolls: Peggy Goo, Roxie, Ava, Goria and Menard
Fun Fact: With vampires already tackled and just a speck in their rear view mirror, Damien and Ed used the latest series of Living Dead Dolls to show their take on the hottest thing to hit the undead since the devil himself, ZOMBIES!
This is the newest series and we haven’t been able to get a look at the poems or death certificates yet. However, with a topic like Zombies… How could any of them be less than awesome?!?

Exclusives
Over the years, Mezco has put out an amazing assortment of Living Dead Doll Exclusives. They’ve ranged form variant colorways of existing dolls to brilliant adaptations of classic movie characters like Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands. True LDD collectors are not content to just buy the basic sets that come out around twice a year. They hunt for the rarest of variants as if they were a T-1000 in search of John Connor

Living Dead Dolls Dollies Series 2
Living Dead Dolls Dollies Series 1 includes: Posey, Hush, Sybil and Lulu
Living Dead Dolls Dollies Series 2 includes: Sheena, Eggzorcist, Inferno and Schitzo
The Living dead Dollies were a special breed of LDD’s that were perhaps as cursed as the doll designs might lead you to believe. This style of Living Dead Doll only lasted for two series. When the first series was released, it turned out that a licensing issue with the factory necessitated a change in sculpt for series 2. Series two still looked great and have a very similar style to another cult property of Mezco’s The Gangsta Babies. Unfortunately, the line, which converted classic LDDs into creepy baby dolls, never made it past series 2.

Living dead Dolls Minis
There’s been so many minis over the years that I’m not sure we’ve got them all to show. They seem to be multiplying faster than maggots in the skull of a fresh corpse. Either way, these miniature Living Dead Dolls are the perfect size to keep in your pocket and scare the bujezus out of unsuspecting children or grandparents. My very first LDD was actually a mini. It was the Bloody Eggzorcist Mini Convention exclusive from 2003.

Living Dead Dolls Fashion Victims Series 1
Fashion Victims Series 1 includes: Sadie, Kitty, Sheena and Lilith
If ever there was a set of dolls designed for the sole purpose of dragging Barbie into a dark alley and beating her to death… before ripping out and eating her heart, it would have to be the LDD Fashion Victims. Unlike the standard doll style creations that had proceeded it, the Fashion Victims were The Fashion Victims were 13″ tall, and made of soft vinyl over a wire armature.
These dolls are the LDD’s all grown up. They’ve gone from nipping at ankles to smoking in the boys room and wearing the faces of cheerleaders. It was a great line for the franchise, but sadly only lasted for two series.

If you were looking for a way to mess up a child from a very early age, The Living Dead Ragdolls could not be beat. The cuddly, plush characters were huggable and were just the ticket to guarantee the early onset of night terrors in toddlers around the world.

Living Dead Dolls 18″ Porcelain
While only two dolls were made in the series, the 18 inch porcelain dolls of Posey and Abigail Crane are still a couple of the fanciest Living Dead Dolls ever made. unlike the vinyl that was used in the other dolls, these two creepy kids had heads that were fashioned form Porcelain.

Living Dead Dolls Merchandise
There’s no way to confine Living Dead Dolls just to doll form. Over the years they have made their way into everything from barware to jewelery, stationary to board games. My personal favorite would probably be the disembodied head party lights. Now that is exactly what any good Christmas tree needs when the in-laws are coming over for the holidays!
