Amanda Warfel, 25, of York County PA, was just sentenced to between 45 and 90 days in York County Prison, for disorderly conduct. Just what was that conduct? She was having sex so loudly that it allegedly shook a neighbor’s bed and dresser. That neighbor made the unfortunate decision to press charges instead of giving her a high five.
She had already served the full term of her sentence by the time her trial reach the courts, but she’s still being held. At the time of this report, no one is actually sure why.
Along with being charged with disorderly conduct, she was also accused of and pled guilty to and harassment for allegedly making racists comments toward a neighbor and refused to turn down her music.
